By pairing clean mid-century oak with soft velvet in rich jewel tones—forest green, sky blue, and deep indigo—the room balances structured lines with pure comfort. The built-in banquet keeps things relaxed for long dinners, while the custom wave chandelier adds a bit of artful sculpture overhead.

This modern mudroom and laundry space blends functionality with organic style, pairing soft pistachio cabinetry with oak flooring, simple quartz countertops and lilac globe sconces. A built-in shoe storage bench and peg-rack hanging space keep daily essentials organized and attractive.

The showstopper is a custom, bright yellow basin with a playful scalloped edge, set against hand-crafted blue Zellige-style wall tile. Above the tiled wall, a charming pink botanical wallpaper brings warmth and texture, perfectly framed by a pill-shaped brass mirror and warm wood sconces.
